The Gremlins ate it

I travelled on Tuesday to go get spark plugs for the boats engine, as the engine was giving us problems during the trip. Rob was worried as if it was not the plug, then he would have to call out the mechanic.
We had to cancel the next days trip ( which was an exclusive booking), I try not to think of the RANDS flying out of the window on a lost day,in order to sort out the engine.

The exclusive booking was for 2 days and I thought, okay, so we will at least make up for some of the lost moolah, but guess what? Yes, the weather turned crappy and a black South Easter rolled in. No trip today.

Rob is now sick with a bad cold. Like all men, when they are sick they are babies...He is grumpy and I wish he would just go to bed and stay there.

However, there are gremlins in my laptop. Rob went to take pics of the boat for a film shoot yesterday. I loaded it into the laptop's picasso program and as per normal, deleted the images from the card. Open picasso, and the pics are gone.

Heart failure. Rob is jumping up and down saying "what have I done with the pics?".I am insiting, with my voice rising and rising, that I did nothing out of the ordinary and they are just gone.
So I take a random pic and download it to see which file it goes into. Hopefully that way I can then locate Robs boat pics. The pic vanishes. It says download image complete, and then poof, its gone. See!!! Gremlins ate it.

So today, Rob, grumpy as hell is now taking more boat pics.

I will try download it with another program when I get them....

Gremlins BACK OFF SLOWLY....
