Tandem Paragliding in Cape Town
Experience flying only metres off the ground and then feel the acceleration as Barry powers up the engine taking you to 500m above. Fly over the beach or enjoy the magnificent winelands view.
No prior paragliding experience is required. Passengers are seated and strapped into a harness that is attached to the pilot. The only passenger input required is a little run on take-off and landing. Passengers wear a flight. Passengers are required to sign an indemnity form and flying is undertaken entirely at their own risk. No under 14’s allowed.
Passenger transport to and from the site can be arranged.
How long is the paragliding trip?
The average flight lasts for about 15 -20 minutes. All flights are weather dependent. The sites that are generally flown are Haystacks, Meer en Dal Wine Farm, Llandudno, Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Sir Lowry's Pass, Hermanus and Franschhoek. The direction and strength of the wind determines where we would be flying from. It is always best to give us a couple of days to choose the best weather and site. This is an instructory flight and you are flown with an experienced Paragliding Instructor.

How much does the paragliding trip cost?
Cost of a flight is R850.00 per person. For an additional R100.00 the pilot can take onboard photographs of you in flight. Payment to be in cash once the flight has been completed.
