“Customer service”

Well this review is not about the shark dive because it never happened. I had reserved a date to go but the day before they called and had not been seeing great activity lately. They left it up to us if we wanted to cancel at no charge. That is just great customer service in my mind these days of just doing a money grab. I was disappointed we didn’t go with them because of this but didn’t have enough time in cape town to reschedule. A++ customer service.
