Big sharks certainly aren't slow. The sharks also frequently pop their heads out of the water to have a closer look at the boat. There are plenty of opportunities to take unusual pictures of sharks without even going into the cage.
For those equipped to take pictures underwater, the great white sharks make excellent subjects. Their innate curiosity means that you are likely to have plenty of opportunities to get shots from very close. In fact, bring a wide lens, you'll need it!
